These stunning buses and coaches will radiate from The Parade in the centre of Taunton on Sunday 31 May, giving FREE rides to town and country destinations. Feeder services run in to Taunton town centre from the Railway Station and Wellington (with one way returns at the end of the day)
There will also be a changing display of buses and coaches on Castle Green through the day as they rest between services. Participating vehicles represent 60 years of bus travel from the 1940s into the 21st century.

Further details, including timetables and the allocation of vehicles, are given in the Souvenir Programme which will be available in advance so you can plan your day. Copies can be purchased online or from Rumwell Farm Shop & Cafe and the County Classics Motor Museum.
The Souvenir Programme includes an illustrated article on the introduction of Taunton Town Shuttle buses 40 years ago and the subsequent evolution of services across town. Sunday 31st May offers a Grand Day Out and another articles illustrate grand days out from across the decades of buses in the area.

Feeder Bus Services
For those arriving by train, specific feeder services will run from Taunton Railway Station to the Parade in the town centre at 9.34, 10.14 and 10.34 .
A feeder service will run from Bishops Lydeard station yard at 10.43 going via Taunton Railway Station at 11.14.
Thereafter 218 services to Bishops Lydeard will serve Taunton Railway Station in both directions.
Feeder services will return to Taunton Railway Station only leaving the Parade at 16.30, 16.55 and 17.25.
For those travelling in from Wellington, specific feeder services will run from Wellington High Street to the Parade in Taunton town centre at 09.45 and 10.15.
Thereafter regular 203 service will serve Wellington.
A feeder service will return to Wellington only leaving the Parade at 16.45.
